IT audit – inclusion of all IT equipment in a database, which reflects all technical parameters and administrative information.


Replacement equipment – ​​replacement equipment is provided when repairing the client's computer equipment, if the repair will last longer than 3 days.


Configuration of smartphones and tablets – initial preparation for work: creating accounts, connecting, installing the necessary software. System recovery, troubleshooting software failures, software updates, removing unnecessary – temporary files.
